Buy The Moto E4 From Republic Wireless And Enjoy A $30 Discount

Republic Wireless, a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that leases network capacity from major US wireless carriers T-Mobile and Sprint, is now selling the fourth generation version of Motorola’s Moto E handset (most commonly known as the Moto E4). But fans of the Moto range of smartphone devices may be delighted to know that at Republic, the handset is offered for only $99, which is around $30 cheaper than the regular $130 price of the smartphone.

Over the last few years, Republic Wireless has already started building a reputation as a mobile operator that offers very budget friendly wireless options for customers. For those who still have not heard about the MVNO yet, it manages to achieve cost effectiveness by defaulting phone calls to local Wi-Fi connections. And when Wi-Fi networks are hard to come by, Republic cleverly switches the customer’s mobile device to a cellular network (thanks to mobile coverage courtesy of T-Mobile or Sprint).

Right now, Republic Wireless’s full catalog of smartphone devices is not yet that expansive, but the addition of the Moto E4 is certainly welcome. It may be hard for the Moto E4 to go toe to toe with Motorola’s Moto G5 lineup, but the former actually has some interesting features despite its very affordable pricing. It is fitted with a 5 inch display screen with a resolution of 720 pixels. Camera wise, it sports an f/2.2 aperture 8 megapixel main camera on the front side, paired with a wide angle 5 megapixel selfie shooter on the front side.

With regards to hardware specs, the Moto E4 is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 425 chip set (quad core, 1.4 GigaHertz), supported by 2 gigabytes of random access memory (RAM), as well as 16 gigabytes of onboard storage, which can be further expanded to 32 gigabytes of memory through a micro SD card slot. Also, the device also comes with a 2,800 mAh battery, and is preloaded with Google’s Android Nougat mobile operating system.

Curious to know that other devices are being offered by Republic Wireless? Apart from the Moto E, the MVNO also offers 5 other Motorola devices. These include the the Moto G5 Plus, Moto G4, the Moto X Pure Edition, the Moto Z Play, and the Moto Z. Republic Wireless also offers Samsung’s Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge, and Galaxy J3; and Huawei’s Ascend 5W.
