Review:

Had this for over a year and in the beginning I loved it. As time went on I I felt comfortable putting lg on the list of devices not to buy. First and foremost lg warranty is rubbish. They do not stand by their products, support was only interested getting more money out of me for an expensive repair process. They battery is this device is sub par, started having a hard time holding a charge around 9 months. After a year gaps and lapses in the battery usage graph started to appear. The backlight was thought up after the screeb was designed, atleast thats what I gather considering the horrible light leaks and haphazard implementation of the second screen. I'd give my left arm to switch the second screen for a crappy notch. While other would say it is a fragile phone, I cant agree. Dropped on many surfaces and its still uncracked. The software.omg dont get me started on the software. This is androids fault mostly but lg for updating regularly to get fixes to these devices. Lg bloatware has been minimal but battery drain is outlandish. Autbrio brightness has been around for years now.how is this messed up? Really confused on how you can mess that up. Crappy speaker.oh and screen burn in. These handful of issues cripple the whole experience. Half butt devices with half butt warranty and support.

Lg V20

Review:

My LG phone is 3,1/2 months old.The battery drains from 100% to 0 in 5 hrs. playing songs from the song app provided by LG and the case gets very warm. I've used the same app on a previous phone and had no trouble.Cust support stinks,1.Some reps talk so low you can't hear them,2.You can't understand them. At first,T-Mobile said the batteries were only guaranteed for 30 days, call LG. LG said they would warranty the battery if I sent them pictures of proof of purchase, which I did.The one rep said once that was done, they would send me a new battery, now here's the zinger! I would have to send them my battery first, then they would send me the new battery with a wait time of 2 weeks! I've dealt with a lot of companies that send you the new part and provide a return label to send the defective part back....but not LG,so I'm getting a battery from an out source and I wish I had never bought this phone and will never buy another LG product.I didn't find the phone as user friendly as they were described.

LG V20

Review:

I just purchased my LG V20 and I couldn't be happier! consider myself to be considerably techno savvy, but I am going to need some classes on this one. The good: the camera is amazing; battery is exceptional. I went to bed around 1:30 am and had my phone in my hand. Woke up this morning with that thought but couldn't find my phone. didn't bother to call it cause I figured the battery was dead. Found it and it was till full! I am starting to take more selfies. Even a pic with my husband. It is lightweight but i have to be careful what case I get because I don't want the compromised.. I have the black one, but the color does not bother me nor does that stock look of it. What is lacks in style I can make up or correct by what case I get. I really do like this phone. I think it may very well be the best phone i've ever had. Oh, I had the LG G3 before.
