T-Mobile held a Phone Freedom event recently where it revealed its newest offerings.
Mainly, the Un-carrier revealed three things: Go5G Plus, Easy Unlock, and Go Back Guarantee. There’s also the limited Essentials Savings plan offer that T-Mo unveiled at the event. Here are the new offers in more detail:

While there were some customers who were unable to make calls or do basic functions on their phones, there were others who lost service completely. And some users on an iPhone 11 did not default to the emergency SOS satellite indicator that their device should. Instead, they simply lost service without any explanation.
