The CAT S50 is a pillar of greatness for those who live life in the outdoors. Built with this specific market in mind, CAT has designed the S50 smartphone as a waterproof, dustproof, and scratch-resistant device. It comes with a 4.7-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 720x1280p and 312ppi density. Powering the CAT S50 from within is a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with 2GB of RAM and the Adreno 305 GPU. There is an internal memory of 8GB, expandable by up to 64GB with the use of a microSD card. The phone can capture high quality images thanks to its 8MP rear-facing camera and the secondary VGA camera in front of the device. Available with 4G LTE connectivity, the CAT S50 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS upon unboxing. On the back of the device is a non-removable Li-Ion 2630mAh battery that gives the CAT S50 up to 16 hours of talk time and 33 days on standby mode. Its color options range from Forest and Slate.
