The Motorola DROID RAZR M is smaller version of the DROID RAZR HD. It is one of the most compact Android smartphones and features a 4.3-inch qHD screen, long battery life, and an ultra-slim design. The DROID RAZR M also comes equipped with an edge-to-edge display with qHD resolution (540 by 960 pixels). The panel is constructed from Super AMOLED Advanced technology, and inside you will find a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM. The DROID RAZR M also features an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash on its back, and a VGA front-facing camera for video chatting.
