The T-Mobile Unlimited Web and Text Plan is a prepaid cell phone plan offered by T-Mobile that offers unlimited data and texting, and 100 minutes of voice calling, and does not require a contract. The data is unlimited, but slowed to 2G speeds after 5GB of data usage in a billing cycle.
