If there's no Wi-Fi connection available, Scratch Wireless offers the option to purchase voice and data Cellular Passes from the Scratch Wireless mobile app so you don't need to be on Wi-Fi.

  • $6.99: 100 minutes of voice minutes for 30 days
  • $14.99: Unlimited cellular voice minutes for 30 days
