    • Citi Dividend Platinum Select Visa Card - $100 Cash Back – The Citi Dividend Platinum Select Visa Card rounds out the list of the best balance transfer credit cards of winter 2013. The Citi Dividend Platinum Select Visa Card offers a 0% Introductory APR on both balance transfers and purchases for 12 months. After this initial period, the APR reverts to the variable APR of between 12.99% and 22.99% based on your credit history.
